Today, on June 28, 2019, specialists of Roscosmos enterprises, using a transborder gallery, transported the space head part, assembled the day before, to the Assembly and Testing facility of the launch vehicle.

The hard part consists of the “Fregat” upper stage and the “Meteor-M” № 2-2 spacecraft and 32 satellites of the associated payload, installed on the transfer truss.

In the Assembly hall, the joint team of specialists in accordance with the complex schedule performed the assembly of the head part with the third stage of the carrier.

In the coming days, a general assembly of the “Soyuz-2.1b” launch vehicle will take place.

Launch is scheduled for July 5, 2019.

The Russian meteorological spacecraft “Meteor-M” № 2-2 and 28 satellites from Germany, France, USA, Israel, Great Britain, Sweden, Finland, Thailand, Ecuador, the Czech Republic and Estonia will be put into orbit as an associated payload.
