On July 24, 2019 the specialists of the RSC "Energia" and the Yuzhny Space Center (members of the Roscosmos State Corporation) transported the "Soyuz MS-14" spacecraft into the vacuum chamber at the Baikonur Cosmodrome for further leak tests.

Specialists from the RSC "Energia" (part of the Roscosmos State Corporation) and other Roscosmos-related enterprises at the Baikonur cosmodrome inspected the "Progress MS-12" cargo spaceship and performed technological operations on rolling of the head fairing of the launch vehicle "Soyuz-2.1a". The launch of the "Progress MS-12" spacecraft is scheduled for July 31, 2019.

On the night of July 22, 2019 from the Khrunichev Space Center (part of Roscosmos State Corporation) the parts of the "Proton-M" launch vehicle (the head fairing, the transition system and the "Briz-M" upper stage) was sent for the launch of Eutelsat 5 West B and MEV -1 satellites.

The crew members of the "Soyuz MS-13" spacecraft at 04:04 (Moscow time) on July 21, 2019 steped on board of the International Space Station. Docking in an automatic mode was made approximately after 6 hours, at 01:48 (Moscow time) on July 21, 2019.

Today, on July 20, 2019 at 19:28:21 (Moscow time), a launch vehicle “Soyuz-FG” with a spacecraft “Soyuz MS-13” launched from the site № 1 (Gagarinsky Start) of the Baikonur Cosmodrome. Docking is scheduled for July 21, 2019 at 01:50 (Moscow time).

At the Baikonur cosmodrome the preparational works continues for the launch of the "Soyuz 2.1a" launch vehicle with the "Progress MS-12" cargo spacecraft. The launch of the "Soyuz-2.1a" launch vehicle with the "Progress MS-12" cargo spacecraft from the Baikonur cosmodrome is scheduled for July 31, 2019.

Today, on July 19, 2019, a pre-launch press conference of the main and backup crews of the "Soyuz MS-13" manned spacecraft was held at the Test Training Center of the GCTC at Baikonur. Earlier today, the State Commission approved the crews of the "Soyuz MS-13" spacecraft. In accordance with the flight program of the International Space Station, on July 20, 2019, at 19:28 (Moscow time), the "Soyuz MS-13" spacecraft is scheduled to launch from site № 1 of the Baikonur cosmodrome.

This morning, on July 18, 2019, the "Soyuz-FG" launch vehicle with the "Soyuz MS-13" spacecraft was rolled out from the Assembly and Testing building to the launch pad. The launch of the "Soyuz MS-13" with the crew of the expedition ISS-60/61 is scheduled for July 20, 2019 at 19:28 (Moscow time).

Today, on July 17, 2019, representatives of the technical management and the State Commission issued an permission on the readiness of the "Soyuz-FG" launch vehicle with the "Soyuz MS-13" spacecraft to be rolled out and installed on the launch pad № 1 of the Baikonur cosmodrome. The launch of the "Soyuz-FG" rocket with the "Soyuz MS-13" spacecraft and the crew of the next long expedition to the International Space Station is scheduled at 19:28 (Moscow time) on July 20, 2019 from the site № 1 of the Baikonur cosmodrome.

Today, on July 16, 2019, a technical management meeting was held, at which the "Progress MS-12" spacecraft was confirmed to be filled with fuel components and compressed gases, and a decision was made to allow the ship to be filled. The launch of the "Soyuz-2.1a" launch vehicle with the "Progress MS-12" spacecraft is scheduled for July 31, 2019.
