January 2015 Famous British singer Sara Brightman will start training for 10-days flight to the ISS scheduled for October 2015, – Gagarin Cosmonaut Training Centre representative reported.

“Definitely Sarah Brightman will start training in January”, – the spokesman stated.

The singer has already passé medical examination in Russian Academy of Sciences Institite for bio-Medical Problems before her world tour and was approved for the flight. She is going to have another medical check since medical commission approval is valid within a year.

The singer will pass medical check together with the crew members about 40 days before the flight.

Dennis Tito was the first space tourist going to space in 2001. After him it was South African entrepreneur Mark Shuttleworth  to experience Zero-g in 2002. American citizen Gregory Olsen went to the orbit in 2005 and the first woman space traveller Anousheh Ansari – in 2006. Each of them paid about 20 million dollars for the flight. Charles Simony was the next to visit the ISS as a guest.

In October 2008 the 6th space tourist Richard Garriott the son of American astronaut Owen Garriott went to space paying about 30 million dollars to make his dream come true. He made his fortune by developing computer games, after the flight he quit this business.

In March 2009 Simoni repeated his space tour becoming the first tourist who flew to the ISS twice.

Guy Laliberté, Canadian entrepreneur and billionaire, Cirque du Soleil founder and CEO became the seventh space tourist going to space in September 2009. The price for the space flight that time exceeded 50 million dollars.
