After Proton-M booster crush Roscosmos inspected the estimated region of Proton-M debris fall using all possible space surveillance devices and haven’t found anything.

There was an off-nominal situation during the launch of Proton-M booster with Mexican satellite  on May 16. At 497 second of the flight the specialists found out off-nominal operation of booster’s 3rd stage engines. It was reported that both the 3rd stage, the upper stage and the satellite itself burned in the atmosphere nevertheless some of mass medias spread a work about possible debris fall in Transbaikal region.

“We have been carrying out space mapping from May 17 to May 20, – Space Agency press office reported. – There was 5 routes of mapping on the whole.

The data of the mapping was thoroughly analyzed by Earth remote sensing space devices operator specialists of Roscosmos, – in the resulted of detailed study no marks of Proton-M booster debris were found out.
