The first launch of Progress cargo vehicle from Baikonur spaceport after spring accidents is planned for July 3. The vehicle will be launched with the help of Soyuz-U booster, – the spokesman stated.

“The launch of Soyuz-U booster with Progress M-28M cargo vehicle is planned for 07:52, Moscow time. July 3,2015 and will take place from the launchpad #1, – said the spokesman. He also mentioned that the launch date of Proton-M is not set yet.
