On September 4, 10:39, Moscow time, Soyuz TMA-18M manned spacecraft successfully docked with the ISS.
Soyuz TMA-18M approached Poisk small research module of Russian ISS segment in automatic mode under Soyuz crew, ISS crew commander and TsENKI specialists control.
After hatch opening current ISS crew comprises 9 members: crew commander Gennady Padalka (Roscosmos), flight engineers Mikhail korniyenko (Roscosmos), Oleg Kononenko (Roscosmos), Sergey Volkov (Roscosmos), Aidyn Aimbetov (Kazcosmos), Scott Kelly (NASA), Kimiya Yui (JAXA) and Amdreas Mogensen (ESA).
According to the ISS flight program on September 12 Soyuz TMA-16M will undock from the station with Gennady Padalka, Andreas Mogensen and Aidyn Aimbetov onboard.
During the operation of ISS-45/46 mission the cosmonauts will work with Progress M-M and Progress-MS cargo vehicles, redock Soyuz-17M from Rassvet module to Zvezda module before Soyuz TMA-19M arrives on December 15, 2015. Besides there is a spacewalk planned in the framework of Russian ISS program to be performed by Sergey Volkov and Yuri Malenchenko.
Besides the crew will conduct scientific experiments and accomplish works on ISS maintenance.
