Roscosmos plans to develop touristic programs to Russian spaceports including Baikonur and Vostochny.

According to Roscosmos representative there is a special program to be elaborated to improve this field. The Agency itself is not going to work with the tourists directly but will definitely make all infrastructural changes necessary.

At the present time Baikonur infrastructure in not developed enough for the tourism: there are not so many hotels in the city thus in the period of manned launches they are always crowded which naturally may cause significant inconveniences. In the nearest future hotel industry will be improved so that the city could host large groups of tourists without any troubles.

Anyway this field of tourism as a very specific one and only specialized tour operators will provide such service.
