On January 27, 2016, according to the ISS flight schedule the station’s orbit was adjusted to provide conditions for future 4-orbit scheme docking  with Soyuz TMA-20M spacecraft to be launched from Baikonur spaceport in March 2016.

According to the calculations by MCC ballistic and navigational support service Progress M-29M thrusters were ignited at 22.40, Moscow time and have been operating for 333 seconds.

After adjustment maneuver medium altitude of the station increased  by 1,1 km and amounted to 403,9 km.

Other parameters are as follows:

-minimum altitude over the Earth surface – 400,3 km;

– maximum altitude over the Earth surface – 425,2 km;

– orbit time – 92,583 min.;

– orbit inclination – 51,66 degrees;

The previous ISS orbit adjustment took place on January 11, 2016.
