Today GCTC saw formal parting ceremony of ISS 37/38 main( Oleg Kotov, Sergey Ryazansky, Michael Hopkins) and back-up (Alexander Skvortsov, Oleg Artemyev, Stephen Swanson) who were leaving for Baikonur spaceport for further preflight trainings.

After traditional breakfast with colleagues the cosmonauts walked along the alley to the Lenin monument. Having made memorable photos with family members and GCTC representatives they answered journalists’ questions.

Then buses with the crews left for Chkalovsky airfield in Moscow region from where two special charters flew to Kazakhstan at 11.00 and 11.10 respectively.
The launch of Soyuz TMA-10M is scheduled for September 26, 2013.
