By the end of this decade Russia will be the only country able to send the crews to the ISS, Roscosmos manned space programs Head Alexei Krasnov said to INTERFAX-AVN.

“At Baikonur cosmodrome we have discussed this issue with our USA colleagues. They say recent budget cuttings affected space projects development. Most likely spacecrafts will be ready to transport the crews to the ISS even later that it was planned. Late 2017 is already out of the question”, – he stated.

After cancellation of US space shuttle flights the only mean to deliver crews to ISS will be Russian Soyuz TMA-M spacecraft, launched by Soyuz-FG rocket-booster from Baikonur cosmodrome.
It is also planned to launch manned spacecrafts from Vostochny cosmodrome  being constructed in the Far East in Amur region since 2018.
