At Baikonur Cosmodrome, the planned preparation of the “Progress MS-14” cargo ship for launching under the program of the 75th supply mission of the International Space Station continues.

In accordance with the schedule, specialists of the enterprises of Roscosmos State Corporation performed a set of technological operations for docking the ship with the transfer compartment of the third-stage unit of the carrier.

The transfer compartment is a part of the head part and provides mechanical communication of the ship with the head fairing, as well as the integration of the “Progress” command interface into the “Soyuz-2.1a” rocket control system.

The launch of the “Soyuz-2.1a” launch vehicle with the “Progress MS-14” cargo ship is scheduled for April 25, 2020 at 04:51 (Moscow time) from the Baikonur Cosmodrome.
