The launch of Angara-A5 heavy booster preliminary planned for November 03 according to the source.

Thus the first from 2014 and the second in history launch of the booster will take place on the threshold of National Unity Day.

The first launch was performed in December 2014 from Plesetsk launchsite. Angara inserted satellite mock-up into the geostationary orbit (36 000 km).

During the second launch with the help of Briz-M upper stage will insert the mock-up into geostationary orbit as well.

Angara is a series of ecologically friendly rockets of various classes. It includes Angara-1.2 light boosters, Angara-A3 medium boosters, Angara –A5 heavy boosters, modernized Angara-A5M boosters and Angara-A5V boosters of increased carrying capacity.
