A meeting of the commission for OneWeb space launches was held at the Baikonur Cosmodrome to review the readiness of the Soyuz-2.1b launch vehicle to be rolled out to the launch pad.

The members of the commission cleared the Soyuz-2.1b launch vehicle, the Fregat upper stage and 36 OneWeb spacecraft for rollout to the Site 31 launchpad in the morning of December 24, 2021. The rollout is to begin at 02:30 UTC, after which specialists from Roscosmos subsidiaries will begin work according to the schedule of the L-3 day.

The new batch of 36 OneWeb spacecraft are scheduled to launch on December 27, 2021 at 13:10 UTC. This will be the twelfth launch under the OneWeb program and the fifth OneWeb launch from the Baikonur Cosmodrome.
