At the Baikonur cosmodrome, specialists from the RSC "Energia" and other Roscosmos enterprises completed refueling operations on the "Soyuz MS-13" spacecraft with fuel components and compressed gases. The launch of the "Soyuz-FG" launch vehicle with the "Soyuz MS-13" spacecraft is scheduled for July 20, 2019 from the Baikonur cosmodrome.

Today, on July 6, 2019, in front of the Cosmonaut Hotel (site № 17 of the Baikonur Cosmodrome), a ceremony was held to raise the flags of countries, participating in the launch of the "Soyuz MS-13" spacecraft to the International Space Station (ISS). The launch of the "Soyuz-FG" launch vehicle with the "Soyuz MS-13" spacecraft is scheduled for July 20, 2019 from the Baikonur cosmodrome.

On July 4, 2019, the main and backup crews of the "Soyuz MS-13" spacecraft arrived at the Baikonur cosmodrome to complete preparations for the upcoming space flight. The launch of the "Soyuz-FG" launch vehicle with the "Soyuz MS-13" spacecraft and the next long expedition to the International Space Station is scheduled for July 20, 2019 from the Baikonur cosmodrome.

Preparations for the launch of the "Progress MS-12" cargo spaceship are continuing at the Baikonur cosmodrome. The launch of the "Progress MS-12" cargo spaceship is scheduled for July 31, 2019 from the Baikonur cosmodrome.

At the Baikonur cosmodrome intensive works continues on the upcoming launches of spacecrafts to the International Space Station (ISS), which are scheduled before the end of this summer. In the Assembly and Testing building of the launch vehicles the mechanical assembly of the “package” (first and second stages parts) of the "Soyuz-FG" launch vehicle was completed. In parallel, the next spaceship "Soyuz MS-14" is being prepared for launch.

"Proton-M" launch postponed. The State Commission decided to postpone the launch decision to the backup date.

Today, on June 14, 2019, in accordance with the decision of the State Commission, the "Proton-M" launch vehicle with the upper stage "DM-03" and the new "Spectrum-RG" orbital observatory were rolled out from Assembly and Testing building of site 92A-50 to the launch pad. On the morning of June 21, a meeting of the State Commissions will take place, at which decisions will be made on refueling and the launch of the"Proton-M" space rocket, scheduled at 15:17:14 (Moscow Time). Together with the "DM-03" upper stage, they will launch the Russian "Spectrum-RG" astrophysical observatory into orbit.

Today, on June 13, 2019, a meeting of the State Commission was held at the Baikonur cosmodrome at which the results of the preparation of the "Proton-M" launch vehicle with the "Spectrumr-RG" spacecraft and the ground infrastructure of the launch complex were reviewed. The launch of the "Proton-M" launch vehicle with the "DM-03" upper stage and the "Spectrumr-RG" Russian astrophysical observatory is scheduled for June 21, 2019 at 15:17:14 (Moscow time). "Spectrum-RG" is a Russian project with German participation, aimed at creating an astrophysical orbital observatory, designed to study the Universe in the X-ray wavelength range.

At the Baikonur Cosmodrome, specialists from Roscosmos enterprises performed a general assembly of the Proton-M" space rocket. Last weekend, the head part, consisting of the upper stage “DM-03” and the "Spectrum-RG" spacecraft, was transported from the assembly "clean" room to the Assembly hall of the launch vehicles. The launch of the "Proton-M" launch vehicle with the "DM-03" upper stage and the new "Spectrum-RG" orbital observatory is scheduled for June 21 at 15:17 (Moscow time).
