Four crews going to the ISS in 2015-2016 started water survival trainings.

According to the ISS flight program Russian ISS-40/41 crew members will perform a spacewalk on June 19. Pirs docking module hatch will be opened at 17.50, Moscow time.

ISS crew replaced food heating block that caused smoke pollution onboard the ISS on June 10, RSC Energia representative reported.

Soyuz TMA-13M manned spacecraft with new ISS mission crew onboard launched from Baikonur spaceport on May 28 (23.57, Moscow time) successfully docked with the ISS.

On May 27, State Commission headed by Oleg Ostapenko approved the main and back-up crews of Soyuz TMA-13M. After that the crews took part in traditional prelaunch press-conference.

Space rocket going to orbit Soyuz TMA-13M spacecraft with ISS-40/41 mission crew onboard on May 28 was installed on #1 launching pad today.

On May 22, GCTC specialists arranged for Soyuz TMA-13M main and back-up crew members numerous trainings concluding their prelaunch preparation program.

On May 21 GCTC testing and Training complex of Baikonur spaceport opened its doors for Mass media representatives. Less than a week before the launch of Soyuz TMA-13M spacecraft back-up and main crews of ISS 40/41 mission took part in traditional “mass media day” at Baikonur spaceport , thus the journalists got the unique opportunity to watch the final stage of pre-launch preparations.

This month the crews of ISS-41/42, ISS-42/43 and ISS-44/45 missions going to fly to the ISS in 2014 and 2015 have been having their preparation trainings in ESA and NASA.

On May 17 ISS-40/41 main and back-up crews took part in traditional events at Baikonur spaceport.
