Sergey Krikalev, Executive Director for Manned Space Programs of State Space Corporation “Roscosmos”, and Dr. Yusuf Namad Al Shaibini, General Director of the Mohammed bin Rashid Space Center, signed an agreement to start providing services for a flight on the International Space Station (ISS) of a UAE cosmonaut. The signed agreement is preliminary, the final agreement will be concluded before the end of August this year. The subject of the main agreement and this preliminary signed agreement are services for the selection, training for the flight and flight of one UAE cosmonaut on the ISS.
