Mission Control Centre: ISS reboost maneuver completed with the help of Progress M-21M thrusters.

Progress M-22M cargo vehicle tests are under way at Baikonur spaceport. The vehicle is to be launched to the ISS early February 2014.

On Saturday Russian cargo vehicle Progress M-21M nominally docked with the ISS. However at the final stage of the docking the specialists made a decision to use manual docking successfully performed by ISS cosmonaut Oleg Kotov.

An unmanned Russian resupply spacecraft carrying an improved navigation system docked early Saturday with the International Space Station, Russian Mission Control said.

Russian cargo vehicle Progress M-21M successfully carried out ISS rendezvous maneuver testing a new “Kurs-NA” docking system. After this maneuver the spaceship retreated to a safe distance from the ISS (less than 100 km) in order to dock with the station on Saturday (November 30).

Roscosmos informed NASA that MLM will not become a part of the ISS in 2014, - the head of Roscosmos Manned Space flight programs Alexey Krasnov told journalists.Earlier MLM was supposed to be launched to the ISS in December 2013.

Progress M-21M space vehicle carrying cargos for ISS crews successfully separated from Soyuz booster’ third stage, - Mission Control centre representative reported.

Soyuz –U booster with progress M-21M cargo vehicle was rolled out from integration building and installed onto the launch pad of Baikonur spaceport, - Roscosmos reports.
