Russian cargo vehicle Progress M-27M re-enterned the atmosphere and burned in the region above the Pacific Ocean on Friday, May 8, at 05.04, Moscow time.

According to Roscosmos specialists’ calculations Progress M-27M cargo vehicle launched on April 28, 2015 will re-enter the atmosphere in the time period from 01:23 to 21:55, Moscow time. A day before the factored moment Roscosmos will report more precise data on time and possible region of Progress debris fall.

On Wednesday morning Progress M-26M cargo vehicle docked to the ISS increased medium altitude of station’s orbit by 2 km.

At 10:09:50, Moscow time, April 28, 2015, Progress M-27M cargo vehicle was launched by Soyuz-2.1a booster from Baikonur spaceport. The launch and the flight were nominal, but 1,5 seconds before vehicle was to separate from the 3rd stage of the booster telemetry data was lost. At that it was found out afterwards that the vehicle separated in time.

On April 26, 2015, according to the decision taken by State Commission rocket and space industry launching crews rolled-out Soyuz-2.1a booster with progress M-27M cargo vehicle to the launching pad #31 of Baikonur spaceport. The rocket was installed and the specialists started working in accordance with the first launching day schedule.

At 09.41, Moscow time. April 25, 2015, Progress M-25M cargo vehicle undocked from the station.

Roscosmos plans 10 launches from vostochny spaceport for 2025, - as stated in Russian Federal Space Program draft for 2016-2025.

On April 23, 2015 ISS performed debris avoidance maneuver. The orbit was adjusted to let the station avoid Meteor-2 space device debris.

Progress Rocket and Space Centre started assembling Soyuz-2.1a that is to be the first booster launched from new Russian spaceport Vostochny in Amur region. The booster will be ready for transportation to Vostochny in June, the works on the rocket are being accomplished according to the schedule, - Progress Rocket and Space Centre spokesman reports.

Space industry specialists go on working in accordance with the ISS flight schedule. On April 14, 2015 in the integration building of #254 launchpad RSC Energia specialists conducted final operations necessary to prepare Progress M-27M cargo vehicle for the filling with propellant components and pressurized gas: loaded cargoes, conducted mass calibration of the vehicle, docked it with the adapter module and placed the vehicle onto the transportation and installation unit that will transport it to the filling area.
