Such tasks cannot be solved by any country alone but if we are able to motivate our space agencies and governments of different countries to develop integrated international program to prepare this expedition I believe we’ll be able to shift the flight to the earlier date.

Roscosmos and JAXA representatives started working on Russian and Japanese space telescopes projects uniting. Both telescopes are designed to explore extragalactic space rays. The devices supposed to be installed on the ISS have to record glowing tracks formed by high-energy particles entering the atmosphere.

At the present time the spacecraft is undocked from the station and sent for controlled flight during this flight “Curve” scientific experiment will be conducted onboard the vehicle. “Progress will be sank in non-navigational area of the Pacific ocean on February 11, 2014, - the spokesman stated.

Undocking is scheduled for February 3, 20:20 Moscow time. The spacecraft will perform controlled flight for “the Curve” scientific experiment. After that the vehicle will be sank in the Pacific Ocean on February 11, - the spokesman stated. The Curve scientific experiment is aimed at microacceleration level detection, development of mathematical model of gravitational conditions onboard the station and exploration of onboard systems operating modes impact on the ISS flight conditions.

The NORD instrument designed by Russia’s Space Research Institute was one of 58 proposals submitted to NASA earlier this month for inclusion on the agency’s upcoming Mars 2020 rover. NASA is due to announce the chosen experiments in March.
