On July 30, 2019, at 08:56 (Moscow time) successful launch of the "Soyuz-2.1a" launch vehicle from the Plesetsk State Test Space Center in the Arkhangelsk Region was performed with the Russian communications spacecraft "Meridian".

Today, on July 30, 2019, the specialists of the RSC "Energia" (part of the Roscosmos State Corporation) and other relevant Roscosmos enterprises completed the installation of the "Soyuz MS-14" spacecraft in the jig for connections to ground test systems. The launch of the 'Soyuz MS-14" spacecraft to the International Space Station is scheduled for August 22, 2019.

On July 26, 2019, at the Baikonur cosmodrome specialists from the RSC "Energia" (part of the Roscosmos State Corporation) and other Roskosmos enterprises completed a general assembly of the "Soyuz -2.1a" space rocket with the "Progress MS-12" cargo ship. The launch of the "Progress MS-12" spacecraft is scheduled for July 31.

On July 24, 2019 the specialists of the RSC "Energia" and the Yuzhny Space Center (members of the Roscosmos State Corporation) transported the "Soyuz MS-14" spacecraft into the vacuum chamber at the Baikonur Cosmodrome for further leak tests.

The crew members of the "Soyuz MS-13" spacecraft at 04:04 (Moscow time) on July 21, 2019 steped on board of the International Space Station. Docking in an automatic mode was made approximately after 6 hours, at 01:48 (Moscow time) on July 21, 2019.

Today, on July 20, 2019 at 19:28:21 (Moscow time), a launch vehicle “Soyuz-FG” with a spacecraft “Soyuz MS-13” launched from the site № 1 (Gagarinsky Start) of the Baikonur Cosmodrome. Docking is scheduled for July 21, 2019 at 01:50 (Moscow time).

This morning, on July 18, 2019, the "Soyuz-FG" launch vehicle with the "Soyuz MS-13" spacecraft was rolled out from the Assembly and Testing building to the launch pad. The launch of the "Soyuz MS-13" with the crew of the expedition ISS-60/61 is scheduled for July 20, 2019 at 19:28 (Moscow time).

Today, on July 17, 2019, representatives of the technical management and the State Commission issued an permission on the readiness of the "Soyuz-FG" launch vehicle with the "Soyuz MS-13" spacecraft to be rolled out and installed on the launch pad № 1 of the Baikonur cosmodrome. The launch of the "Soyuz-FG" rocket with the "Soyuz MS-13" spacecraft and the crew of the next long expedition to the International Space Station is scheduled at 19:28 (Moscow time) on July 20, 2019 from the site № 1 of the Baikonur cosmodrome.

In accordance with the pre-launch preparation plan on July 16, 2019 the crews of the upcoming long-term expedition to the ISS performed a second “fitting” - a control inspection of the spacecraft in launch configuration. The launch of the "Soyuz MS-13" spacecraft with the crew of the next long expedition to the ISS is scheduled for July 20, 2019 at 19:28 (Moscow Time).

In accordance with the schedule of work on July 12, 2019 the ship was inspected and technological operations of rolling the head fairing of the "Soyuz-FG" launch vehicle were performed. The launch of the "Soyuz MS-13" spacecraft is scheduled from Baikonur cosmodrome on July 20, 2019.
