Dear friends, dear compatriots! We are Roscosmos cosmonauts Oleg Artemiev, Denis Matveev and Sergey Korsakov. We congratulate you on the Victory Day in the Great Patriotic War – the most important holiday for every family of our vast country. This is the greatest event of the 20th century that changed the fate of all mankind.

Those harsh times in their entirety showed the main qualities of our people – courage, spiritual strength, military prowess, readiness to sacrifice oneself in the name of triumph, the ideals of goodness and justice.
History forever captures heroism, steadfastness and patriotism of those who did not spare themselves at the front or in the rear, and who forged victory over Nazism day after day, hour after hour.

Today, 77 years later, we remember that it was our great-grandparents and grandparents who were able to rally together against fascism, resist, overcome and defeat the enemy.

In our hearts, the memory of their unparalleled feat, which gave our people and the entire planet hope for a peaceful life, will remain.
Thanks to victory, we now live, we can learn to be friends, love, marry, raise children, fly into space and be the freest nation on Earth. Our country paid the highest price in the history of mankind for the victory.

As long as we remember those whose lives were taken by the war, who remained on the battlefields, we celebrate and honor this day, we are invincible!

We congratulate you on the Great Victory Day! We wish you good spirits, peace and kindness, and to the military men and women – success in the hardest and most dangerous military work for the good of Russia! Happy holiday to you! For our Victory! Glory to Russia
