At Baikonur spaceport specialists go on preparing Proton-M booster with Briz-M upper stage and Russian Yamal-401 telecommunication satellite for the launch from Baikonur.

On December 2, JSC “Reshetnev Informational satellite systems” specialists completed preparation works for the docking of Yamal-401 with Briz-M upper stage in the integration building of 92A-50 launchpad.

Along with that Khrunichev centre specialists conduct final testing of Briz-M upper stage and accomplish all necessary operations for prepare all necessary equipment for space head assembling. Proton-M control system telemetry data is being analyzed at the same time.

At # 81 launchpad of the spaceport Yuzhny space centre operational crews started preparing launchpad facilities for the rocket installation.

The launch is scheduled for December 16.
