Four GLONASS satellites will be launched in July and December 2013 Aerospace Defense Forces Commander major-general Alexander Golovko stated.

“3 GLONASS satellites are planned to be launched by Proton rocket booster from Baikonur cosmodrome and one more GLONASS satellite will be launched from Plesetsk cosmodrome in December if necessary”, – Golovko said.

According to him a task to perform as many launches as possible has been set for Aerospace Defense Forces authorities.
We also plan to launch new Soyuz-2.1V rocket assuming that its firing tests will be successful. Besides we will launch communication satellites and devices of Cosmos series, – Golovko specified.
