On September 14, 22.00, Moscow time, Roscosmos, Khrunichev Centre and other Russian space industries launching crews successfully launched Proton-M booster with DM-03 upper stage and Express-AM8 telecommunication satellite from #81 launchpad of Baikonur spaceport.

On September 5, 2015, at 05.37, Moscow time (6 hours and 37 minutes after the launch) Express-AM8 nominally separated from DM-03 upper stage at the final orbit and the ordering part took control over it.

Express-AM8 is a commercial telecommunication space device designed and produced by Informational Satellite Systems JSC on Space Communication Federal State Unitary Enterprise order. The satellite will provide telecommunication and broadcasting services for European part of Russia, European countries, Africa and Latin America.
