On July 10, 2019, at 20:14 (Moscow time), from the State Test cosmodrome “Plesetsk” in the Arkhangelsk region by the crew of Russian Space Forces was performed a launch of “Soyuz-2.1b” launch vehiсle with a block of four satellites in the interests of the Russian Defense Ministry.

The launch of the carrier rocket and the launch of the spacecraft into the calculated orbits proceeded normally.

Three minutes after the launch, the launch vehicle was accepted for tracking by the ground-based control complex of the German Titov Main Test Space Center.

At the estimated time, the spacecrafts were delivered into target orbits and taken to control by the ground-based facilities of the Russian Ministry of Defense.

A telemetric connection is established with spacecrafts.

The onboard systems of the spacecrafts are functioning normally.
