Today, on June 13, 2019, a meeting of the State Commission was held at the Baikonur cosmodrome at which the results of the preparation of the "Proton-M" launch vehicle with the "Spectrumr-RG" spacecraft and the ground infrastructure of the launch complex were reviewed. The launch of the "Proton-M" launch vehicle with the "DM-03" upper stage and the "Spectrumr-RG" Russian astrophysical observatory is scheduled for June 21, 2019 at 15:17:14 (Moscow time). "Spectrum-RG" is a Russian project with German participation, aimed at creating an astrophysical orbital observatory, designed to study the Universe in the X-ray wavelength range.

At the Vostochny cosmodrome, specialists of Roscosmos enterprises - “TSENKI” and RSC "Progress" (members of Roscosmos State Corporation), in accordance with the preparation schedule, completed the mechanical assembly of the “package” (first and second stages) of the launch vehicle "Soyuz-2.1b." The launch is scheduled for the beginning of July 2019, the "Soyuz-2.1b" rocket will launch the "Meteor-M" № 2-2 spacecraft into orbit.

After passing the theoretical examinations, the ISS-60/61 crews began practical tests on simulators. Today, the commanders of the main and backup crews of the "Soyuz MS-13" sapcecraft Alexander Skvortsov and Sergey Ryzhikov passed the examination exercises on the specialized "Teleoperator" simulator for testing the teleoperative control of the "Progress MS" cargo spaceship. The commanders of the main and backup crews of "Soyuz MS-13" spacecraft brilliantly passed the task, having received excellent marks on the exam. The Commission, chaired by Valery Korzun, Head of the 1st Department of the GCTC, Hero of the Russian Federation, Pilot-Cosmonaut of the Russian Federation, noted the clarity of reporting and determining the relative motion parameters of "Progress MS" spacecraft and the ISS, as well as confident and competent actions of operators.

In accordance with the established schedule of works, in the Assembly and Testing building of the 92A-50 site, specialists of Roscosmos enterprises completed the assembly of the head part of the "Proton-M" space rocket. The launch of the "Proton-M" launch vehicle with the "DM-03" upper stage and the Russian astrophysical observatory "Spectrum-RG" is scheduled for June 21, 2019 at 15:17 (Moscow time) from the site № 81 of the Baikonur cosmodrome.

Alexander Skvortsov and Sergey Ryzhikov, cosmonauts of the main and backup crews of the ISS-60/61, successfully performed a test training at the specialized "Exit-2" simulator. According to the results of the training on the specialized "Exit-2" simulator, Alexander Skvortsov and Sergey Ryzhikov were allowed to work independently in the "Orlan-ISS" spacesuits, as well as to perform locking in the ISS in accordance with the " ISS - 60/61Technical Training Requirements".

The "Proton-M" carrier rocket with the "Breeze-M" upper stage, launched from the Baikonur cosmodrome on May 30 at 20:42 (Moscow time), successfully delivered the "Yamal-601" telecommunication satellite into the target orbit in the interests of the Russian satellite operator Gazprom Space systems. The "Yamal-601" will replace the "Yamal-202" satellite in orbit and will provide fixed-line communications and data transmission services in the C-band in a large part of Russia, as well as in the CIS, Europe, and the Middle East and Southeast Asia. In addition, "Yamal-601" will provide for users on the territory of Russia communication services and high-speed Internet access.
