Russian Cosmonaut Gennady Padalka Set a New Record

On June 28, 22.42 UTC (June 29, 01.42, Moscow time) Russian Cosmonaut Gennady Padalka set a new world record in overall space flight time breaking the previous Sergey Krikalyov’s record (803 days, 9 hours and 41 minutes).
To the time of landing (scheduled for September 11, 2015) Padalka’s flight time will amount to 877 days.
