Roscosmos state corporation is going to spend about 1,8 billion rubles to enhance Soyuz manned spacecraft and Progress cargo vehicle launches reliability.

For this purpose will be modernized telemetry complex, communication equipment, meteorological service complex, and launch and technical complexes of Baikonur spaceport. Besides a certain amount of money will be spent on construction and modernization of propellant components production complexes, storage facilities, transportation equipment, quality control complexes and filling areas.

TsENKI will be responsible for fullfillment of these tasks. The operations are to be completed by April 25, 2018.
