Russian cosmonauts Oleg Kotov and Sergey Ryazansky flying to ISS late September will carry the Olympic Torch into the open space on November 9, – the source reported to Interfax.

“ There are no other tasks planned for this spacewalk apart from the Olympic Torch demonstration,” – the source sated.
He clarified that the cosmonauts practice all spacewalk on the Earth before the flight. Olympic Torch Spacewalk appeared quite accidentally, that’s why the cosmonauts practiced separately from other extravehicular activities.

Thus there will be no additional tasks, e.g. works on new Russian module reception planned for this spacewalk, – he stated.
