A “Soyuz-2.1b” rocket with “Meteor-M” № 2-2 meteorological satellite and 32 small satellites was launched from the Vostochny cosmodrome.

This is the first launch from Vostochnyt in 2019.

The launch took place at 8:42 (Moscow time).

Ten minutes later, the upper stage “Fregat” separated from the carrier in order to put the satellites in three different orbits.

An hour after the launch, “Meteor-M” was put in the working orbit with an average height of 832 kilometers.

Within the next two hours, the “Fregat” upper stage will put into two other orbits small satellites of Russia, the United States, Great Britain, Germany, Thailand, Czech Republic, Sweden, France, Germany, Estonia and Ecuador.
