On July 28, 2019, the “Soyuz-2.1a” launch vehicle with the “Progress MS-12” cargo spaceship was removed from the Assembly and Testing building and installed at the launch pad № 31 of the Baikonur cosmodrome.

Specialists of Roscosmos enterprises perform pre-launch technological operations.

The autonomous tests of systems and components of the cargo ship, launch vehicle and launch complex are being performed.

The launch of the “Soyuz-2.1a” launch vehicle with the “Progress MS-12” cargo ship is scheduled for July 31, 2019 at 15:10:46 (Moscow time) from the Baikonur cosmodrome.

The purpose of the flight is to deliver to the International Space Station fuel, water and other cargoes, necessary for the further operation of the station in manned mode.
