15 launches took place from Baikonur spaceport in 2013, and 11 more launches are scheduled by the end of the year, – spaceport spokesman reported to “Interfax” agency.

“Within the framework of Russian manned program implementation 2 manned spacecraft ( Soyuz TMA-10M on September 26,2013 and Soyuz TMA-11M on November 7, 2013) and Progress M-21M cargo vehicle (on November 21, 2013) will be launched from Baikonur, –  the spokesman said.

Apart from this 2 Soyuz booster launches will take place this year: on December 17 with Russian Meteor-M N2 meteorological satellite and on December 23 with Egyptian EgyptSat-2 telecommunication satellite.

By the end of this year 5 Proton-M boosters will be launched from Baikonur spaceport. (September 17 – Astra 2E, October 8 – Sirius FM-6, November 1 – Russian military craft, December 5 – Inmarsat 5 F1, December 26 – Express-AM5).

According to the spokesman data there is one more launch planned from launching silo of 175 launchpad. “Strela” (Arrow) booster will orbit «Kondor-E” Earth remote sensing satellite.

At the same time the spokesman doesn’t exclude the opportunity of shifting one of the launches to the beginning of 2014.
