On May 28, 2021, a State Commission meeting took place at the Vostochny Cosmodrome to review the Soyuz-2.1b space rocket test results that followed after a malfunction had been detected the day before. After hearing the reports of the operations supervisors, the commission cleared the rocket for the new fueling and launch on May 28, 2021 at 17:38:39 UTC.

The joint team of Roscosmos subsidiaries commences filling the rocket with fuel components. After that, final operations will begin at the launch complex: prelaunch preparations automatic cycle, service platform and mobile service tower withdrawal, as well as setting the payload separation system, PRSS, in flight mode.

Roscosmos will broadcast prelaunch operations, launch and flight of the rocket in official social media accounts and on Roscosmos website in the Live Broadcast section starting at 16:30 UTC. The broadcast will be joined by Glavkosmos Director General Dmitry Loskutov and OneWeb Russia Commercial Director Mikhail Kaigorodov.
