Beijing saw the first meeting of interstate Committee on Russian and Chinese satellite navigation. The decision to form the Committee was taken in October 2014 at the meeting of Russian Vice Prime Minister and Chinese State Council Deputy Chairman.

Baikonur specialists go on working on ISS program implementation.

New Russian space observatory Millimetron is to be sent to the orbit in 2025. This unit will help gathering information on Universe processes, learn what happens inside black holes, and provide new data on dark matter origin that is supposed to be responsible for universe expansion, - Roscosmos reports.

Roscosmos will stop purchasing Zenit rockets manufactured by Dnepropetrovsk Yuzhmash plant, - Roscosmos spokesman Igor Burenkov reported. According to him the satellites planned to be launched with the help of Zenit rockets will be delivered to the orbit by new boosters of Angara series.

ISS orbit to be decreased by 1,2 km, - Mission Control Centre representative reported. Orbit adjustment maneuver will be accomplished with the help of European cargo vehicle ATV Georges Lemaitre. Th thrusters will be ignited at 21.40, Moscow time, the ISS orbit will be decreased by 1,2 km.

Preparation works for Proton-M with Inmarsat-5F2 satellite launch are under way at Baikonur. Yesterday, January 26, 2015, in 92A-50 integration building of Baikonur spaceport rocket and space industry specialists completed technological operations on rocket assembling and testing. Today morning Proton-M booster with space headcomprising briz-M upper stage and Inmarsat-5F2 space device installed on it was delivered to the filling area
