A special train with “Soyuz-2.1a”, “Soyuz-2.1b” rocket parts and a head fairing arrived at the Ledyanaya station near the Vostochny cosmodrome.

Specialists of the Vostochny Space Center (part of Roscosmos State Corporation) met the train, after which it was transported to a technical complex.

After washing the container wagons, the components of the launch vehicles will be unloaded and transported through the transborder gallery from the storage unit to the Assembly and Testing building for their subsequent storage.

At a warehouse of blocks of the technical complex specialists prepared the working places for receiving products.

The technical staff has undergone additional training and received permissions for work.

In addition, for the transportation of the blocks, specialists from the rocket and space industry carried out a check of railway tracks using flaw detection and track measuring equipment and performed the maintenance of diesel locomotives.
