Soyuz-2.1b booster is ready for the launch from Plesetsk spaceport  planned for June 14, -representative of  Russian Ministry of Defenсe press-office management on Aerospace Defenсe troops Alexey Zolotukhin reported on Tuesday.

At the present time maintenance operations on Soyuz-2.1b assembling were completed in #43 launching pad of Plesetsk State Test Spaceport (Arkhangelsk region).

Test engineers finished assembling space head consisting of Fregat upper stage and Glonass-M space device as docked it with Soyuz-2.1b booster.

“Spaceport specialists tested fuel tanks, onboard indicators, propulsion system, control system and conducted complex tests of Soyuz-2.1b booster. At the present time Soyuz-2.1b booster fully assembled is in the integration building of 43 launchpad where operational crew controls the temperature and the pressure of the space head twenty-four hour s a day”, – Zolotukhin added.

According to him the decision on the date of roll-out of Soyuz-2.1b booster to the launching complex is to be taken by State Commission on space systems flight tests meeting to be held on June 11.
