Yesterday on August 14,2014 ISS orbit was adjusted in accordance with the station flight program.

According to the calculations of MCC ballistic and navigational support service ATV-5 thrusters were ignited at 20.58, Moscow time and have been operating for 420 seconds.

As a result of this adjustment the ISS got velocity increment of 1,1 m/s. The average altitude of the station was increased by 1,9 kilometers and amounted to 416,54 km.

This reboost maneuver was accomplished to form station’s working orbit for the future undocking and descent of Soyuz TMA-12M spacecraft planned for September 11, 2014 and orbiting Soyuz TMA-14M spacecraft that is to be launched on September 25.
