Soyuz-U booster with Progress MS-03 cargo vehicle installed on the launchpad of Baikonur spaceport, Roscosmos spokesman reported.

The launch is scheduled for July 17, Sunday,  00.41, Moscow time.

Yesterday the specialists completed general assembling of booster and cargo vehicle. There was a meeting of review team and state commission held to make a decision on rocket readiness for the roll-out.

Roll-out operation started at 04.30, Moscow time. The rocket was rolled-out to the launchpad #31 and erected. Specialists started working in accordance with the first launch day schedule.

Roscosmos reminds that Progress is to dock with the ISS using two-days rendezvous scheme thus docking is planned for July 19, 03.22, Moscow time.

The vehicle will deliver to the ISS about 2,4 tons of various cargoes incl. propellant components, oxygen, foodstuffs, equipment, parcels for crew members, etc.
