Today, on June 28, 2019, a meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission was held at the GCTC, which summarized the readiness for the space flight of the main and backup crews of the ISS-60/61.

The meeting was attended by representatives of the Roskosmos State Corporation, the GCTC, RSC “Energia”, the Federal Medical and Biological Agency, foreign space agencies, etc.

The main and backup crews of the “Soyuz MS-13″spaceship reported on their readiness to perform the flight program, thanked GCTC specialists and other organizations for their good preparation.

According to the commission, the crews of the 60 / 61st long expedition to the International Space Station are ready for the flight on the “Soyuz MS-13” spacecraft and the Russian segment of the ISS and recommended to begin preparations at the Baikonur cosmodrome.

The launch of the “Soyuz MS-13” spacecraft is scheduled for July 20, 2019.

The planned flight duration is 201 days.

The main crew of the ISS-60/61 included cosmonaut Alexander Skvortsov, astronauts Luca Parmitano and Andrew Morgan, the backup crew – Sergey Ryzhikov, Thomas Marshburn and Soichi Noguchi.
