The second test launch of Angara-A5 heavy booster is planned for December 14 morning, – the source reported.

Initially the launch was planned for November 28 but was postponed due to some technical reasons. The rocket was rolled out from the integration building on November 17, some testing were accomplished including test filling. After that Angara was returned to the integration building.

The launch is planned for 08/50, Moscow time, December 14, – the source from the space industry stated.

It is the second Angara-A5 test launch of the six planned and takes place six years after the first one.

For the first time Angara-A5 was launched from Plesetsk in December 2014 and inserted satellite mock-up of 2,04 tons into geostationary orbit (36 thousand kilometers above the Earth surface).

In the course of the second launch Angara will also orbit a payload of 2,4 tons.
