Specialists of the RSC “Energia” (part of Roscosmos State Corporation) at the Baikonur Cosmodrome continue preparations for the launch of the “Soyuz-FG” launch vehicle with the “Soyuz MS-15” spacecraft to the International Space Station.

On September 18, 2019, in accordance with the preparation schedule, the inspection of the ship and technological operations for rolling of the head fairing of the launch vehicle were performed.

The launch to the International Space Station is scheduled for September 25, 2019 from the Gagarinsky launch pad of the Baikonur Cosmodrome.

The main crew of the ISS-61/62 / EP-19 is the cosmonaut Oleg Skrypochka, astronaut Jessica Meir and a spaceflight participant from the UAE Hazza Al Mansouri.

Their backups are cosmonaut Sergey Ryzhikov, astronaut Thomas Marshburn and space flight participant Sultan Al Neyadi (UAE).
