Cosmonauts of “Roskosmos” Oleg Artemiev and Sergei Prokopiev completed the second in 2018 exit to the open space from the International Space Station (ISS) according to the Russian program.

Within the framework of the 45th planned exit to open space, cosmonauts successfully fulfilled the main tasks assigned to them.

The exit hatch was closed by cosmonauts returning to the orbital station at 03.03 (Moscow time) on August, 16th.

The duration of their stay outside the International Space Station was 7 hours 46 minutes.

The state of health of cosmonauts Oleg Artemyev and Sergei Prokopiev after returning to the ISS is good.

The crew of the 55th international expedition continues the execution of the flight program.
