At 23.46 UTC on November 11 (03.46 Moscow time, November 12) Proton-M booster with Briz-M upper stage and Raduga-M military satellite was launched by Aerospace Defense Force operational crews from #81 launchpad of Baikonur spaceport.

Ten minutes after the launch orbital block separated from the booster’s last stage. Broz-M upper stage will orbit the satellite.

Raduga-M space device is a 3rd generation military satellite, it is a part of 2ng stage satellite communication global space system. It is equipped with modern multibarrelled data-relay facilities that enable to connect with mobile units situated even in mountain regions.
