State Commission meeting held on August 27, 2014 studied the results of scientific experiments conducted onboard Foton-M №4 space device.

By that date scientific program realization was already finished. State commission took a decision on Foton-M landing in Orenburg region on September 01, 2014.

Foton-M space device was launched from #31 launchpad of Baikonur spaceport on July 19, 2014. It was designed to conduct scientific experiments under microgravity conditions. These experiments will provide new knowledge in the field of zero-g physics, technological processes of solid state material and biomedical products of improved characteristics manufacturing and enable to conduct biological and biotechnological studies. Foton-M №4 space device minimum flight period amounts not more than 60 days.
