Aaccording to the ISS flight program next Wednesday Soyuz MS-17 spacecraft will be launched from Baikonur by Soyuz-2.1a booster. On October 07 the crews conducted final fit-check of the spacecraft at the pad #254 of Baikonur launchsite.

Prime crew members who are Roscosmos cosmonauts Sergey Ryzhikov and Sergey Kud-Sverchkov and NASA astronaut Kathleen Rubins were the first to check the spacecraft after them the back-up crew made up of Roscosmos cosmonauts Oleg Novitsky and Piotr Dubrov and NASA adtronaut Mark Vande Hei also took part in thee procedures.

The crews reported about the readiness of the spacecraft for the launch and thanked the specialists  taking part in its preparations. Then they went to the pad #112 to see the booster that will launch the spacecraft to space on October 14.

On this day the crews also traditionally visited Baikonur Museum complex and signed the guestbook.
