On September 13 Roscosmos cosmonauts Alexander Samokutyayev, Elena Serova, Mikhail Korniyenko and Gennady Padalka and NASA astronauts Barry Wilmore and Scott Kelly had the first training in Soyuz TMA-14M spacecraft.

Main and back-up crew performed spacecraft fit check: they checked radio communication systems, studied cargo accommodation, tried on the spacesuits and conducted spacesuits leak tests.

Straight after the training space industry operational crews started preparing Soyuz TM-14M spacecraft for transportation to the filling service area, where it is to be filled with propellant components and pressurized gas.

Besides the crews will study Soyuz TMA-14M onboard documentation, flight schedule and ballistics and have trainings on Soyuz manual approaching.

On September 14 the crews raised the flags of the contries taking part in  ISS-41/42 mission.

This traditional event symbolizes the final stage of preflight preparations. Both main and back-up crews took part in the ceremony, GCTC and Baikonur spaceport representatives were also attendant. The wished the crews successful flight.

After the ceremony back-up crew members made a tour around Baikonur city and laid the flowers to Gagarin monument.

Soyuz TMA-14M spacecraft launch is scheduled for September 26.
