At the Baikonur cosmodrome the preparational works continues for the launch of the “Soyuz 2.1a” launch vehicle with the “Progress MS-12” cargo spacecraft.

After the ship was filled with fuel components and compressed gases, it was delivered to the Assembly andTesting building and installed in the jig for the final preparational operations.

The launch of the “Soyuz-2.1a” launch vehicle with the “Progress MS-12” cargo spacecraft from the Baikonur cosmodrome is scheduled for July 31, 2019.

The purpose of the flight is to deliver to the ISS the fuel, water and other cargoes, necessary for the operation of the station in manned mode.
