Today, on July 20, 2019 at 19:28:21 (Moscow time), a launch vehicle “Soyuz-FG” with a spacecraft “Soyuz MS-13” launched from the site № 1 (Gagarinsky Start) of the Baikonur Cosmodrome.
All stages of the flight were in normal mode.
At 19:37 (Moscow time), the “Soyuz MS-13” spacecraft successfully separated from the third carrier stage on the target orbit.
Currently, the ship continues to fly autonomously to the International Space Station under the supervision of specialists from the Main Operations Group of the Russian segment of the ISS in the Mission Control Center ( in Korolev city).
The “Soyuz MS-13” spacecraft will be brought closer to the space station and it is planned an automatically docking to the “Zvezda” service module in a four-turn automatic mode.
Docking is scheduled for July 21, 2019 at 01:50 (Moscow time).
Onboard the spacecraft: cosmonaut Alexander Skvortsov (commander), astronauts Luca Parmitano (flight engineer-1) and Andrew Morgan (flight engineer-2).
At the International Space Station Alexey Ovchinin, Nick Hague and Christina Koch are preparing to meet their colleagues.
