Today, on October 4,2019, the commander of the “Soyuz MS-12” spacecraft Aleksey Ovchinin and the space flight participant, the first UAE astronaut, Hazza Al Mansouri, arrived at Chkalovsky airport near Moscow.

“Space travelers” were met by relatives and friends, representatives of the GCTC and RSC “Energia”.

Alexey Ovchinin spent almost 203 days in orbit, made a spacewalk.

From the Chkalovsky airfield, Alexey Ovchinin and Hazza Al Mansouri, on a special bus, went to the Prelaunch and Post-Flight Rehabilitation Complex for cosmonauts (astronauts), where doctors will monitor their health status.

Alexey Ovchinin and Hazza Al Mansouri will share their impressions of the flight, the results of work at the International Space Station and plans for the near future at the after-flight press conference, which will be held at the GCTC on October 9 at 11:00.
