According to the working schedule of Guiana Space Centre today is the last preparation day before the launch of Soyuz-ST-B booster with Fregat-MT upper stage and two European Galileo FOC space devices.

TsENKI Federal State Unitary Enterprise operational crews work on launchpad systems and equipment preparations for the launch and fill Soyuz-ST-B booster with propellant components.

A day earlier Russian specialists along with the ordering party’s operational crews completed all necessary off-line tests of the booster, upper stage and space devices and conducted prelaunch general testing. The data received as a result of the testing is being analyzed now.

The launch of Soyuz-ST-B with Fregat upper stage and two European Fregat FOC  space devices will take place on August 21, 16.31, Moscow time.
